DAY OF SERVICE & HEALTH EQUITY AND ACCESS FAIR
From 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tabernacle Baptist Church will host a Health Equity and Access Fair at the Tabernacle Baptist Church Community Life Center as part of the Day of Service. This event brings together community members and local organizations to promote health equity, access to services, and overall wellness.
This event is Title Sponsored by UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Virginia, reflecting a shared commitment to improving health access and outcomes for Petersburg residents. The fair is open to all!
The fair will connect residents with vital supports, including:
• Health screenings
• Wellness and community resources
• Food distribution for families
• On-site outreach and assistance from partner organizations
Lunch will be served, generously sponsored by Petersburg Parks and Leisure Services.
